YOU HAVE PUBLISHED OR HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WITH LLM POST-TRAINING

You have a deep understanding of LLM training and evaluation with attention to detail.
Bonus if your post training work is focused on roleplay.
Bonus if you have worked on latency optimization. We need to interact with the character in real time.

You will join a small but extremely talented team to define a new kind of video game experience. You’ll work alongside top minds in the industry, including the creator of Warudo, a Google Deepmind veteran, and top-tier student researchers. With our world-class multi-modal researchers and engineers, we are building anime characters that players will adore.
