JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and compliance-focused AI Application Developer to build, deploy, and manage innovative healthcare applications using artificial intelligence. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, HIPAA compliance, and full-stack development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React Native, Vue, or similar). The ideal candidate is also fluent in SQL and experienced with Microsoft’s Semantic Kernel for building AI copilots.
This is a high-impact role where AI, security, and scalable cloud infrastructure intersect.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software or AI application development.
• 2+ years of experience in a HIPAA-compliant or healthcare-related environment.
• Proven skills in:
• Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, React Native, etc.)
• Azure Function Apps
• Semantic Kernel
• SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)

PREFERRED SKILLS & TOOLS:

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with:
• Azure App Services, Azure Key Vault, Azure DevOps
• CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• OpenAI API, plugin creation, and vector-based search (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search)
