ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Architect specializing in Generative AI to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions that leverage the power of Generative AI to solve complex business problems. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise to drive our Generative AI initiatives from concept to production. This is a senior-level position for a visionary technologist who can not only design the future of our AI systems but also guide a team to build them.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in an AI/ML Architect or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying production-level Generative AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, especially Python, and a strong command of relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least one major cloud platform and its AI/ML services.
  • Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools for managing the lifecycle of AI models in production.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Deep expertise in foundational Generative AI concepts, including:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs) and their architectures
  • Prompt engineering and fine-tuning models
  • Techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Vector databases and embedding models.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in designing and deploying multi-agent systems.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with big data technologies
  • A strong portfolio of deployed Generative AI projects or open-source contributions.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Work Location: Remot
Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design: Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and integration with existing business and IT infrastructure. This includes architecting systems for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), and developing multi-agent systems.
  • Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and a comprehensive AI strategy. Work with key stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI and create a roadmap for implementation.
  • Technology Selection & Evaluation: Evaluate and select the most suitable Generative AI models, frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms to achieve optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers. Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior team members.
  • Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Generative AI projects, from model development and experimentation to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Define and deliver CI/CD pipelines for GenAI solutions, ensuring best practices for monitoring, governance, and security (LLM-Ops).
  • Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in an accessible way. Work closely with data, product, and security teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and deliver tangible business value.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends, research, and advancements in Generative AI technologies and algorithms. Proactively identify new opportunities to leverage AI to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ethical AI: Ensure that all AI solutions are designed and implemented in adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices, focusing on fairness, privacy, and data security.
