Description
Solution Architect Experience- 13+ years We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Principal Architect to lead the technical vision, design, and implementation of our core platforms. This role is a critical link between our business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for architecting sophisticated, scalable, and intelligent full-stack applications using the .NET ecosystem for the backend, Angular for the front-end, and integrating cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to deliver unparalleled value to our users. The ideal candidate is a hands-on-keyboard architect who thrives on complexity, mentors senior engineers, and sets the technical direction for mission-critical projects. Key Responsibilities Architectural Design & Strategy: Design and lead the development of highly scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end solutions, leveraging microservices, cloud-native patterns, and domain-driven design. AI Integration : Spearhead the architectural design and integration of AI/ML models and services into our applications. Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to create robust data pipelines, APIs, and feedback loops for machine learning systems. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide expert technical guidance to multiple agile development teams. Mentor senior developers and tech leads, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. Full-Stack Governance: Define and govern the architectural standards for both our .NET Core backend services and our enterprise-grade Angular front-end applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability. Technology Roadmap & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends in software engineering, cloud computing, and AI. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into a sustainable and forward-looking technical roadmap. Proof of Concept Development: Engage in hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept (PoC) development to validate architectural approaches and de-risk new technology adoption. Required Skills & Experience 13+ years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Software Architect or Principal Engineer role. Expert-level proficiency in the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core) and architecting enterprise-level RESTful APIs and microservices. Extensive experience designing and building complex, high-performance front-end applications using Angular (version 10+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management patterns (e.g., NgRx). Demonstrable experience architecting solutions that integrate AI/ML models or services. Strong understanding of the lifecycle of ML models and how to serve them at scale. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure is highly preferred; AWS/GCP is a plus), including PaaS services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure AI/ML services. Proven mastery of software architecture principles, SOLID principles, design patterns, and event-driven architectures. Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes. Familiarity with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with real-time data streaming technologies like Kafka or Azure Event Hubs. A portfolio of public-facing projects, open-source contributions, or published technical articles. What We Offer A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The opportunity to work on challenging problems with a talented, diverse team. A dedicated budget for professional development, conferences, and certifications. Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model. A dynamic and innovative work environment where your technical vision will shape the future of our products.
