The Opportunity: We are looking to add a new role to our team. The AI & Automation Administrator develops, supports, and optimizes the credit union’s ecosystem of AI-driven automation technologies - including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud-native automation platforms. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, system reliability, and measurable efficiency across enterprise processes. What You’ll Do: Configure and maintain content intelligence, indexing/taxonomy standards, and natural‑language search optimization. Oversee cloud‑native automation services, including monitoring, patching, system health, and capacity planning. Administer secure integrations across Microsoft platforms, OnBase, CRM/LOS, and automation hubs. Manage and support RPA operations (attended/unattended bots), including scheduling, credential governance, and change control. Build, enhance, and integrate low-code workflows with line-of-business systems; support deposit, lending, compliance, and audit processes. Maintain audit trails, resolve automation issues, and manage data exceptions to ensure uptime and regulatory readiness. Identify and implement automation opportunities and report on efficiency, quality, and adoption metrics. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent education and/or work experience. 3+ years administering ECM, RPA, or workflow automation platforms. Experience with IDP pipelines, RPA operations, workflow design, and system integrations. Ability to transform manual processes into automated workflows. Familiarity with cloud administration, monitoring, and automation best practices. Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and scripting. Strong multitasking and project coordination. Proficient in Microsoft 365. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to initiate and embrace change. Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team environment. Occasional travel for training or conferences. 24×7 on-call rotation with 30-minute response expectations. Extended computer use and ability to manage complex, deadline-driven workloads.
