Description

We have a exciting new opportunity for an AI & Automation Developer to join us here at Aspiration Training. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of AI-driven tools and automated processes that support our management information team and broader organisational objectives.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days working from our office based in Mansfield and the rest from home.

KNOWLEDGE & DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Zapier, N8N, or Make.com
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Python or other automation tools
  • Working knowledge of AI models and integration techniques
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of educational technology systems and their applications.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Level 2 English and maths
  • Degree in computer science, information technology or a similar related field

Skills

  • Competent in the use and purpose of technology with strong IT skills in Microsoft office, learner management systems and Virtual learning environments
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive meaningful insights

Behaviours

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
