AI & Automation Enablement Lead Location –Dublin/Leeds Hybrid Permanent About the Role In Flutter COO we work with experts across Flutter to build, deploy and communicate the Flutter Edge. Together we cover Product & Payments, Technology, Sportsbook Product & Trading, People, Property, Corporate Communications and Strategic Partnerships & Transformation. Flutter Technology is seeking a strategic AI & Automation Enablement Lead to drive the adoption, capability building, and organisational readiness for our AI & Automation product suite, including Flutter Assistant, AI Hub, Workato, and emerging AI platforms. This role is fundamentally focused on ensuring that AI and automation products deliver their intended business value by architecting comprehensive enablement strategies that accelerate user engagement, competency development, and sustained platform utilisation across Flutter Functions. You will act as the architect of adoption and change, bridging the gap between product delivery and business value realisation. Your remit encompasses designing and accomplishing training programs, creating compelling documentation and communication campaigns, establishing support models, and building communities of practice tailored to diverse user populations across the organisation. You will be the champion of the user journey, understanding barriers to adoption, crafting targeted interventions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and peer support. Success in this role requires a strategic approach combined with exceptional communication and change leadership skills. You will partner closely with AI & Automation Product Managers, the Enablement Engineering team, business leaders, HR, and Communications teams to orchestrate change initiatives that overcome resistance, build capability, and embed new ways of working into organisational culture. Your impact will be measured through adoption velocity, user satisfaction, training effectiveness, and the measurable business value realised from deployed AI & automation solutions. What you’ll do Enablement Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive enablement strategies for AI & Automation products, defining user personas, capability maturity models, and tailored adoption pathways that address the diverse needs of Flutter Functions across multiple geographies and business units. Training Program Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal training programs (live sessions, e-learning, workshops, certifications) that accelerate user competency development, working with subject matter authorities to ensure technical accuracy and practical relevance while establishing clear learning objectives and competency frameworks for each platform. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation including quick-start guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and use case libraries, ensuring content is accessible, searchable, and continuously updated based on user feedback and product evolution. Change Management & Communications: Orchestrate organisation-wide change management initiatives, developing compelling communication campaigns that build awareness, generate excitement, and overcome resistance to new AI & automation capabilities, partnering with Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Adoption Monitoring & Optimisation: Establish and supervise key adoption metrics (active users, feature utilisation, time-to-competency, NPS, support tickets), conducting regular analysis to identify adoption barriers, user experience issues, and opportunities for intervention or product improvement. Support Model Development: Design and implement sustainable support models including tiered support structures, self-service resources, office hours, and issue pathways that reduce dependency on centralised teams while ensuring users receive timely, high-quality assistance. Community Building & Peer Learning: Build and nurture communities of practice, champion networks, and peer learning programs that foster knowledge sharing, celebrate successes, and create sustainable networks of internal expertise and advocacy. User Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Establish systematic feedback collection mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, user testing), synthesising insights to inform product roadmap priorities, enablement strategy adjustments, and user experience enhancements. Business Value Realisation: Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to track and demonstrate measurable business value realisation from deployed solutions, ensuring cases are validated and productivity gains are quantified and communicated. Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR, and Communications teams to align enablement initiatives with organisational priorities, securing agreement and resources for adoption programs while acting as the voice of the user in product and strategy discussions. Vendor Collaboration: Work with external vendors (e.g., UiPath, Workato) to demonstrate their enablement resources, training materials, and certification programs, adapting vendor content to Flutter's specific context and requirements. Governance & Standards: Collaborate with AI CoE’s and Product teams to establish and carry out enablement standards, ensuring training materials and support resources align with responsible AI principles, data protection requirements, and company policies. Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions and user benefits. User-Centric Design: Strong empathy for end users combined with design thinking skills to create intuitive, engaging learning experiences that meet users where they are and accelerate capability development. Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfort with analytics and metrics, using data to diagnose adoption challenges, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate business impact with clarity and precision. Collaboration & Influence: Highly skilled at building partnerships across organisational boundaries, influencing without authority, and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives in complex matrix environments. Adaptability & Innovation: Thrives in the constantly evolving AI landscape, continuously exploring new enablement approaches, learning technologies, and engagement strategies to maintain user interest and effectiveness. Program Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent enablement initiatives, balance challenging priorities, and deliver high-quality programs on schedule. What you’ll need: 5+ years of experience in enablement, change management, learning & development, or product adoption roles, preferably within technology, AI, automation, or enterprise software environments. Proven record of designing and executing successful adoption programs for complex technical products, with proven achievement of adoption targets (e.g., >80% user adoption, high NPS scores). Experience developing multi-modal training content and programs for diverse user populations, including hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools. Strong change management experience, with familiarity in methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci, applied in organisational transformation contexts. Demonstrated ability to establish and track adoption metrics, using data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness and business value realisation. Experience building communities of practice, champion networks, or user groups that drive peer learning and sustained engagement. Familiarity with automation and AI platforms (e.g., UiPath, Workato, GenAI tools) or comparable enterprise technology products, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior business leaders, HR, Communications, and Product teams to align enablement strategies with organisational priorities. Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure enablement readiness for product releases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations, training materials, and documentation for diverse audiences.
