Job Description We are seeking a talented and driven AI & Automation Engineer, to join our newly formed AgentOps team. This is a core 'builder' role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents and automated workflow solutions to solve key business challenges. The successful candidate will be a hands-on developer with a passion for automation, using workflow automation platforms to integrate AI capabilities into our business systems. You will play a pivotal role in transforming manual processes and enabling pragmatic intelligent automation across the organization. The listed salary for this position is $115,000 - $155,000 annually. Qualifications Demonstrated success as an Automation Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role. Strong programming skills. Expertise in working with RESTful APIs and other integration methods. Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier). A solid understanding of solution architecture and design principles. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team. Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail. Additional Information Developing and deploying robust and scalable AI agents and workflow solutions. Integrating AI solutions with various systems and data sources via APIs. Collaborating with the AgentOps Team Leader and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective, production grade automation solutions. Writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code and workflow configurations. Monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting deployed AI agents to ensure high performance and reliability. Contributing to the full lifecycle management of AI solutions, including testing, versioning, and documentation. Analyzing and optimizing workflows for efficiency, cost, and accuracy.
