Your Role’s Impact As an AI Automation Engineer - Customer Service, you will: • Improve AI-generated responses to reduce errors and improve NPS. • Automate workflows that reduce refunds and disputes. • Support team leads in monitoring KPIs and resolving escalations. • Prototype new AI-driven processes that increase operational scalability.
