Ability to apply cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) capability tools is central to this position. Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, data science or related fields Basic hands-on experience in Python or Java for scripting / workflow automation and data handling Curiosity and willingness to learn how to build simple APIs or integrations (REST, JSON processing) to extract or automate data flows across tools Interest or early experience with Generative AI, agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines. Prior hands-on experience is a plus but not required Basic understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes — willingness to learn more on the job Ability to work with structured/unstructured data (CSV, logs, JSON) and automate data flows for dashboards, reporting, or decision support Comfortable to learn and work with common engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git) Eagerness to experiment, prototype, and explore different automation approaches without fear of failure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down operational problems into automatable steps Growth mindset — willingness to learn new tools quickly, self-driven curiosity to explore emerging AI capabilities Ability to work in a multinational, cross-functional environment Clear and concise communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus) You are early in your career but passionate about applying AI to boost efficiency in operational processes throughout the software development lifecycle You are energized by prototyping and experimentation — and you enjoy learning and applying knowledge fast You question existing processes and enjoy imagining how they could work instead You feel excited by the idea of building AI agents inside an R&D organization Build and prototype automation solutions using both traditional automation methods (Python scripts, REST APIs, data extraction workflows) and GenAI/Agentic AI approaches Support the evolution of prototypes into stable, reliable solutions, gradually learning how to add error handling, observability, logging, and basics of monitoring Work closely with O&P team and key stakeholders in DevOps teams to understand operational pain points and identify new opportunities for automation

Responsibilities
