Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and complex problem-solving.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective prompt engineering to elicit optimal performance from LLMs in various applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI agents and LLM integrations, addressing any emergent issues or performance bottlenecks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on use of ChatGPT/Codex, Claude/Claude Code, Gemini, Grok or similar.
• Knowledge of AI agents such as OpenClaw, Hermes or comparable agent frameworks.
• n8n / Make / API / webhook automation knowledge.
• Basic understanding of Python/JavaScript, GitHub and Linux is preferred.
• Excellent research and problem-solving ability.
• Energetic, proactive and keen to continuously learn new AI tools.

• PROOF OF WORK IS MANDATORY
• Every applicant must submit 2–3 AI/automation projects they personally built, including:
  • Working demo, GitHub repository, live URL or screen-recorded demonstration.
  • Clear explanation of what they personally built.
  • AI/agent/automation tools used.
• One technical problem they faced and how they solved it.

  • A portfolio showcasing personal AI projects or contributions to open-source AI initiatives.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying AI agents and/or LLM-based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering techniques and LLM API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
