AI Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Metzler GmbH is looking for an AI Automation Engineer (m/f/d) for a permanent position. You'll work directly on production systems in our small AI & Automation team, systems that are in daily use – from order processing and content pipelines to data analysis. No proof-of-concept graveyard here, but real systems with real impact.

• What's more important to us than any single tool is your ability to independently identify where processes are sluggish, where manual work is wasting time, and where AI delivers real added value – and to find creative, pragmatic solutions, even when there's no ready-made standard approach.
