JOB SUMMARY

We’re a fast-growing AI startup building automation systems for healthcare clinics. Our AI agents handle phone calls, scheduling, patient reactivations, and workflows that free up clinic staff to focus on care not busywork.
We’re looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Engineer to help us set up A.I agents, design workflows, and support our clients as they bring AI into their practices. If you’re tech-savvy, love working directly with customers, and want to be part of a startup that’s changing healthcare this role is for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar automation/marketing CRMs.
  • Comfort designing AI prompts and building automation workflows
  • comfortable using chatGPT
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner you don’t need to be a machine learning researcher, but you should enjoy working with AI tools.
  • Strong communication skills for client support (email + calls).
  • Problem-solver who’s resourceful and self-driven.
  • Based in Canada (remote-first team).
  • Bonus: background in healthcare tech or clinic operations.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and configure AI voice & chat agents for healthcare clinics (using our system)
  • Design and test AI prompts, workflows, and automations inside our CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Connect tools, calendars, and patient management systems so everything works smoothly.
  • Work with clinics directly: answer client emails, gather feedback, and jump on support calls when needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to improve systems, troubleshoot, and roll out updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools and bring new ideas to the table.
