Job Description: AI Automation Engineer (Agents & Growth Automation)

Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site, Dubai Marina) · Type: Full-time · Reports to: Founder

About Us

We're a fast-growing Dubai real estate technology group running several products: an international agent network platform, a CRM SaaS, and a licensed brokerage. We use AI agents and automation as core infrastructure, not side projects. We're looking for an engineer who wants to own that infrastructure end to end.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our AI agent and marketing automation stack: conversational agents that qualify and nurture leads on WhatsApp, and the automation layer that runs and optimizes our Meta advertising. You'll maintain what exists, finish what's in progress, and build what's next.

What You'll Do

• Own our WhatsApp AI agents: maintain, improve, and extend agents that handle lead qualification, follow-ups, and agent/client conversations (WhatsApp Business API).
• Build Meta ads automation: develop tooling on the Meta Marketing API for campaign creation, budget rules, creative testing, performance reporting, and pixel/Conversions API tracking.
• Connect the stack: integrate agents and automations with our CRM, web platform, and analytics (webhooks, REST APIs, event tracking).
• Ship production-grade systems: monitoring, logging, error handling, and cost control for LLM usage.
• Document everything: architecture, credentials handling, runbooks. Nothing lives only in your head.
• Work directly with sales and marketing to turn their workflows into automations that measurably move leads, activations, and revenue.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of Python in production (FastAPI / Flask, async, background jobs)
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with OpenClaw or comparable frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom tool-calling agents)
• Experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI): prompt design, tool use, memory, evals
• WhatsApp Business API integrations (direct or via Twilio / 360dialog / similar)
• Meta Marketing API and Conversions API experience
• Solid with databases (PostgreSQL), Docker, cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / VPS), and Git
• Can show live systems you built and still run, not just demos

Nice to Have

• Real estate, lead-gen, or performance-marketing background
• Experience with n8n / Make / Zapier for fast prototyping
• PostHog or similar product analytics
• Arabic, Russian, or Hebrew language skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will assist in testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring products meet quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
• Design, write, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated) based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla)
• Perform various types of testing: functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements
• Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure no new issues are introduced
• Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test scripts, and test data
• Document test results and prepare clear, concise test reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software QA/testing
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC (Software/Testing Life Cycle)
• Hands-on Experience on Mobile App Testing (Android/IOS)
• Hands-on Experience on Web Application Testing
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
• Basic Knowledge of Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Testing
• Basic exposure to AI-powered testing tools like Testim, Applitools, or mabl for visual/UI regression testing
• Basic understanding of bug life cycle and defect management
• Experience with at least one bug-tracking/test management tool (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• ISTBQ Certification – Foundation Level (CTFL)
• Basic SQL knowledge for backend/data validation
• Understanding of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
• Exposure to version control systems (Git)
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
• Basic understanding of performance testing concepts

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
