Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As AI & Automation Program Manager, you will lead the strategic implementation and optimization of IT tools and AI solutions across Novutech’s internal technology stack to drive business efficiency and innovation. You will define and execute the AI and automation strategy aligned with business objectives—including business development automation as a key project—ensuring seamless integration and adoption across all departments.

  • Define and execute the IT tools and AI adoption strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate implementation of AI/automation solutions (including outreach automation, CRM integration, and process optimization) across our tech stack using platforms such as Dust and Make/Zapier.
  • Lead and oversee business development automation projects, leveraging AI for lead generation, outreach, and relationship management.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful tool adoption and change management.
  • Drive process optimization through AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation for all type of internal Novutech audience: marketing/sales, consultancy, quality&insurance, tech teams, etc.
  • Oversee and perform training programs and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on program KPIs and ROI.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance our service offerings.

2-5 years in business consulting, IT program management, or similar roles.

  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms (i.e., Make/Zapier) is essential.
  • Experience in business development automation, AI integration, or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English required, additional European languages beneficial.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML implementation in business contexts.
  • Expertise in change management is an asset
