What You’ll Bring. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Expertise in designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences through automation.
• Experience in building and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder, focusing on integrating AI into business workflows and improving productivity through generative and predictive AI models.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange. Experience configuring, integrating, and managing these platforms.
• Understanding of surfacing and preparing enterprise data for use with Copilot and LLMs. Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with external systems or APIs to support intelligent automation and AI use cases.
• Ability to identify, design, and deliver end-to-end automation solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering workflows, bots, and integrations that align with strategic objectives.
• Strong client-facing and internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value and influence direction.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies
• Exposure to integrating large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) with enterprise platforms to build Copilot-like experiences or generative AI tools is desirable, but not essential for success.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, or certifications in Microsoft technologies, AI, or automation (e.g., Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot) will be highly regarded
