You’ll lead bold initiatives using powerful platforms like Cake, HubSpot, and AI-driven tools to supercharge lead generation, precision-target ideal clients, and elevate our marketing engine to new heights.
This is more than a technical role—it’s a chance to shape strategy, automate smarter, and unlock rapid growth across the entire funnel. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that scale, all while staying ahead of the curve in a fast-moving digital landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure and optimize Cake lead integrations for seamless performance
  • Implement AI-based lead scoring and routing to maximize efficiency and conversions
  • Track and analyze key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Collaborate with Backend Engineers to refine and enhance data flows for marketing automation
