• Reliable day to day operation of AI powered business applications in production
• Incident investigation log analysis monitoring alert evaluation and structured resolution support
• Root cause analysis service reliability operational stability and business continuity support
• Reading maintenance and adjustment of Python code for minor bug fixes and technical enhancements
• Collaboration with architects and developers to resolve technical issues and improve operational supportability
• Release deployment and validation support in close collaboration with technical teams

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Python and confidence working with existing codebases
• Hands on experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, and log analysis
• Familiarity with AWS services and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch
• Strong analytical thinking, a service oriented mindset, and excellent English communication skills
