The AI BioHub is calling on visionary leaders to join us as Mentors for our next wave of cutting-edge startups in Biotech and Life Sciences. As a Mentor, you won’t just advise—you’ll shape the future. You'll work alongside some of the brightest minds working at the intersection of AI and their field, guiding transformative companies from bold ideas to real-world impact. Be part of a thriving ecosystem where entrepreneurship meets innovation, and your experience becomes a catalyst for growth. What You’ll Do Provide strategic mentorship to portfolio companies, leveraging your AI or industry expertise, network, and business acumen. Assist founders and leadership teams in developing and refining their business strategies, market positioning, and overall business plans. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and constructive feedback to help startups overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Provide expert insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks associated with investment opportunities. Participate in workshops for portfolio companies to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as fundraising, business development, and scaling operations. Share industry best practices and emerging trends in AI to keep portfolio companies informed and well-positioned for success. Who You Are: Proven track record of success in a founder or co-founder capacity with relevant experience in the AI, BioTech or Life Sciences Space. Past success in mentoring and advising startups or high-growth companies. Strong network within the AI industry and a demonstrated ability to foster relationships within your network. The Commitment: 1-5 Hours a week beginning March 17 through the end of June Availability to be in Kendall Square for events and programming as relevant Interest in working with Founders 1:1 in addition to curriculum activities If the time commitment or Kendall Square commitment is not feasible, let us know and we can explore other opportunities together (ad-hoc mentoring, 1:1 matching with teams, etc).
