This is a foundational role, where you will operate as an individual contributor, with full ownership of building the approach, proving the impact, and shaping the direction. Based on scale and needs, the role may evolve over time. This is a highly hands-on position (100%), focused on execution - working directly with business teams to implement AI solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes. Job Description What you’ll do Work directly with business teams to implement AI solutions in real workflows Build and deliver end-to-end solutions (agents, automations, tools) Drive adoption and validate impact through real usage Iterate quickly based on feedback and needs Bridge between business problems and technical implementation Identify repeatable patterns and feed them back into the broader platform Qualifications What we’re looking for Strong hands-on experience delivering AI-based solutions end-to-end Solid engineering or solution architecture background Experience working with LLMs or workflow automation tools Ability to work closely with business stakeholders Execution-oriented mindset, focused on impact Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch Experience working independently in highly dynamic environments Advantages Experience in Forward Deployed / customer-facing engineering roles Familiarity with change management and driving adoption Experience working across multiple domains (product, data, engineering) CP Department: Office of CEO Office Location: Tel-Aviv Career site Category: R&D
