ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently seeking Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of our Data and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients. This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as a Business Analyst for AI transformation. You will support the design and delivery of the LLM-based productivity tool. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in‑house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues Contributing to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning. Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights, analysing MI, conducting research, and tracking changes in user behaviour and needs. Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organised, prioritised backlog. Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption, and ensure the product meets market and user expectations. SKILLS & EXPERTISE At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting Some experience supporting product development or product ownership, with a solid understanding of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle. Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles. Familiarity with large‑scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies. Self‑starter with strong initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast‑changing environment. Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements, and collaborating across diverse teams Strong problem-solving skills WHY JOIN CAPCO?
