This position is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong communication skills and a genuine curiosity for technology. Key Responsibilities Conduct process discovery workshops to identify automation and AI opportunities across client organizations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable AI use cases and solution concepts. Develop AI strategies and roadmaps that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business value. Support sales teams with client workshops, value articulation, and business case development (ROI/TCO). Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and impact. Create clear documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers. Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation. Qualifications ~3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in requirements gathering and process mapping. Ability to bridge business and technology, translating needs into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including stakeholder workshops. Fluent in German and English. Nice-to-Have Experience with AI or automation projects. Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath) and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google). Basic technical understanding (Python or SQL) for data analysis and rapid prototypes. Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and governance.
