The Role As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients across multiple industries in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves by leveraging artificial intelligence. You will combine business acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies to translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives, shaping AI adoption pathways that deliver measurable impact across operations, customer engagement, and strategic growth. Required Technical and Professional Expertise • 4+ years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus, preferably in digital transformation, data, or AI-related initiatives • Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications • Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into practical business insights • Cross-industry business awareness and ability to understand different sector dynamics • Experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams • Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and support data-driven decision making • Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI technologies, digital transformation, and innovation.
