AI BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE — BRAINY NEURALS

Brainy Neurals is a lean, product-focused AI services firm led by a CEO with 8 years’ experience as an AI Engineer & AI Architect. We build production-ready AI solutions supported by an in-house team of AI developers, AI architects, web developers, and scrum managers. We move fast, ship responsibly, and partner with local businesses to convert AI opportunities into revenue.
We’re hiring a pragmatic, outgoing AI Business Development Executive who values growth and ownership over a fixed paycheck. This is a commission- and revenue-share-first role for a seller who brings location advantage, relationships, and relentless outreach.

What you’ll own

• Source, qualify, and close AI projects with local companies & SMBs.
• Execute outbound playbook: cold-calls, email sequences, networking, local events.
• Build lasting client relationships and drive post-sale success/upsell.
• Translate business pain into AI use-cases (you don’t need to code — AI literacy is a plus).
• Collaborate with our delivery team to scope and deliver client outcomes.

What we expect

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client success (B2B preferred).
• Strong communicator, confident on calls and in-person meetings.
• Active local network / geographic strategic advantage.
• Hungry for growth; comfortable on a flat-share / revenue-first compensation model.
• Basic familiarity with AI concepts (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics) — helpful, not mandatory.

Compensation
Minimal base + performance-driven commissions and revenue share. Top performers scale rapidly.
