As part of the AI Business Process Specialist team, we are looking for experienced and credible professionals who are passionate about transforming business processes using Microsoft’s comprehensive solution portfolio. As an AI Business Process Specialist focused on Healthcare, Government and Education, you will work closely with private sector organisations to understand their operational challenges and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead consultative engagements, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and guide customers through the adoption of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP, and AI Agent capabilities—tailored to the needs of clinicians, administrators, educators, and learners.
This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in business process optimisation and AI while accelerating your career in solution sales and strategic advisory. You will partner with customers to modernise workflows, improve decision-making, and unlock new efficiencies in areas such as care coordination, clinical operations, student lifecycle management, and institutional planning.
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed business applications specialist with a background in digital transformation, data-driven innovation, and enterprise solution selling. Experience in the healthcare or education sectors is highly valued. This role is flexible, allowing you to work up to 50% from home.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
  • understanding or 1 to 2 years’ experience selling into one Government, Health or ideally Education
  • 2 to 5 years of experience:
  • Experience selling CRM, ERP or cloud-based business applications to large enterprise accounts. Developing pipeline through BDM networking, assessing strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, and an ability to measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed.
    Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $103,500 - CAD $170,700 per year.
