The roleYou’ll work directly with leadership teams across a global portfolio of specialist software businesses, helping them understand what AI means for their organisation and then leading them through the change required to realise it.

Every business will start from a different place. Some will already be experimenting heavily with AI. Others may believe they’re further ahead than they actually are. Some will need to fundamentally rethink their teams, products or operating models.

• Your role will be to quickly understand the environment, identify what needs to change and help the leadership team make it happen.
