The AI Change Enablement Lead, Asia, will join our Asia Advanced Analytics team, reporting directly to the AVP of AI Commercialization and the AVP of Global AI Adoption. This crucial role centers on driving AI adoption across the Asian region. We seek a strategic thinker who can effectively implement global strategies while tailoring them to meet local requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries, influence key decisions, and contribute to shaping our AI and Generative AI strategy. This position ensures that our efforts align with both global and regional objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10-13 years of experience in business consulting and project management, with a focus on execution and influence roles.
  • Outstanding project management skills, evidenced by the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Proven experience in driving the adoption of transformational initiatives within a multinational context.
  • Experience in integrating Generative AI into business practices and daily routines is essential.
  • Thought leadership in AI adoption and the ability to make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with the ability to adapt global strategies to local contexts.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of building relationships across varied teams.
  • Effective communication of change management and report-writing skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across countries and cultures, with sensitivity to cultural differences.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and adaptability to different project delivery practices.
  • Experience with a life insurance company is not required but can be helpful for understanding roles like underwriter.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the Global AI Adoption Strategy in Asia, focusing on tools like ChatMFC (“Manulife Financial Corporation”), internal and proprietary version of ChatGPT, for employees. Including Microsoft Edge Copilot, Copilot Studio and etc.
  • Shape the global AI strategy with insights from Asia, anticipating future needs and collaborating with the global team.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for AI adoption in Asia, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing regional specifics.
  • Drive the adoption of Generative AI productivity tools by understanding user personas, tasks, and pain points to develop effective change management plans.
  • Recommend methods to enhance productivity via AI tools, providing prompt usage guidance.
  • Coordinate AI adoption activities across Asian countries and functions, leveraging cultural insights for effectiveness.
  • Design and conduct training sessions and workshops tailored to specific roles, such as Underwriters, Market Researchers, and Software Developers.
  • Promote best practice sharing to enhance AI utilization.
  • Develop educational materials suited to diverse learning styles and expertise levels.
  • Propose a roadmap for employee reskilling/upskilling concerning Generative AI skillsets.
  • Collaborate with global teams to address Asia’s specific adoption needs and outcomes.
  • Engage with function leaders across Asian markets, facilitating AI adoption with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Establish a Community of Practice (CoP) in Asia, encouraging employees to share practices.
  • Develop a network of AI Champions in Asia.
  • Act as the support point for Generative AI tools adoption queries.
  • Implement and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement, relaying regional needs to the global team.
  • Monitor and report on AI adoption outcomes in Asia, providing insights and recommendations.
