About the job: We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented AI Consultant. The role combines business consulting, solution design and deployment of AI products across multiple industries. As an AI Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their business challenges, identify AI opportunities, configure and implement Lumina solutions, ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes and translate business needs into effective AI-driven solutions Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand business processes, operational challenges, and strategic objectives. Conduct AI discovery workshops and identify use cases that deliver measurable value. Translate business requirements into AI solution designs and implementation plans. Configure AI models, workflows, dashboards, and business rules based on client needs. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot implementations. Integrate Lumina AI solutions with third-party systems, databases, APIs, and enterprise applications. Collaborate with product, development, and data teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Train end-users, administrators, and business stakeholders on Lumina solutions. Support customers during post-deployment and optimization phases. Document business requirements, solution designs, implementation plans, and project deliverables. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practice Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, enterprise software implementation, or AI-related projects. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation concepts. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working directly with customers and senior business stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The AI Consultant will engage with customers to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into effective solution designs. They are responsible for configuring Lumina AI products, integrating them with third-party systems, and ensuring successful adoption through training and support.
