Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Consultant to support client projects focused on assessing existing AI tools, designing enablement strategies, and guiding responsible adoption of new AI platforms. This role is client-facing and combines strategic analysis with practical enablement delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and system assessments to understand AI tool usage.
• Build AI capability scorecards and identify gaps, risks, and training needs.
• Facilitate process mapping workshops to uncover automation opportunities.
• Support vendor evaluations and POC testing for new AI tools.
• Develop and deliver training and adoption plans (live, async, and LMS-based).
• Collaborate with data analysts to build KPI dashboards for monitoring AI adoption.
• Advise on governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot, Tableau AI, Salesforce Einstein, Slack GPT).
• Strong facilitation skills for client workshops and training sessions.
• Ability to analyze business processes and design enablement strategies.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, HR, or Finance platforms is a strong asset.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $40.00-$75.00 per hour
