Role: The AI Creative Services Specialist will own the end-to-end delivery of WizStudio’s Do-For-You (DFY) creative services. This role sits at the intersection of creative quality, AI-enabled production, and customer success. You will act as the QC authority, manage AI interns responsible for asset creation, ensure high-quality personalised catalogues at scale, and support renewals and expansion efforts. You will be responsible for building a predictable, high-quality AI-powered creative delivery engine. Responsibilities: Creative Quality Control & Standards * Own final QC for all client-facing creative outputs (product visuals, catalogues, campaign assets) * Define category-specific quality benchmarks (Furniture, Home Decor, Gifting, Apparel) * Build and maintain SOPs for creative review and grading * Ensure brand alignment, consistency, and commercial readiness * Reduce rework cycles and improve first-pass approvals AI-Enabled Production Management * Lead and manage AI interns generating creative assets * Train interns on aesthetic standards, brand nuances, and prompt optimisation * Create structured workflows for scalable catalogue creation * Improve generation quality through better prompts, templates, and QA loops * Track production velocity and turnaround times Personalised Catalogue Creation at Scale * Lead creation of customised sample catalogues for prospects and trial users * Collaborate with Sales to tailor assets to ICPs * Build repeatable frameworks/templates for faster turnaround * Ensure high-impact creative output during trial to drive conversion Client-Facing Ownership * Serve as the primary delivery contact for DFY clients * Conduct onboarding and creative alignment calls * Translate client briefs into structured internal execution plans * Manage feedback cycles and revisions efficiently * Ensure clients consistently perceive value Process & Metrics Ownership Define and track key metrics including: * Output quality score * Turnaround time * First-pass approval rate * Renewal rate (DFY clients) * Asset production per intern * Gross margin of DFY services Continuously optimise systems for scalability and efficiency.
