This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Data Engineer Mid/Senior based in Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of advanced data engineering and AI-native development, focusing on building reliable, scalable, and intelligent data products that power business decisions and AI-driven applications. You will work in a highly modern environment where AI is embedded directly into the software development lifecycle, not just as an add-on. The position involves designing and maintaining robust data architectures, implementing analytical models, and enabling trusted datasets for analytics and AI agents. You will contribute to end-to-end data workflows across lakehouse architectures while ensuring governance, quality, and observability. A key aspect of the role is leveraging AI to accelerate engineering tasks such as coding, testing, debugging, and refactoring.
