We are seeking an experienced AI and Data governance Specialist to join our team and help drive initiatives that ensure compliance, foster innovation, and enable ethical AI adoption. Tasks Your responsibilities will include • Support governance frameworks: Assist in maintaining and implementing data and AI governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. • Operational execution: Drive day-to-day governance activities, including process optimization and documentation. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal councils, business units, and stakeholders to align governance processes and data definitions. • Compliance and responsible AI: Support monitoring of regulatory compliance and ethical AI standards in collaboration with relevant partners. • Knowledge sharing: Contribute to training and change management initiatives to improve adoption and awareness across the organizatio Requirements The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in data governance and AI governance, combined with a strong understanding of data management principles, regulatory compliance, and AI ethics. This role requires both strategic insight and the ability to work operationally across multiple governance areas, ensuring frameworks and processes are effectively implemented and adopted. You should have a proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, and regulatory bodies, while demonstrating excellent analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills. Strategic thinking is essential, but equally important is the ability to translate strategy into practical actions and deliver results.Familiarity with modern governance approaches such as data mesh and federated governance is highly desirable. You should understand how these concepts enable decentralized ownership while maintaining global standards, and be able to apply them in practical, operational contexts to support scalability and collaboration across the organization.
