Job Summary: We seek a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our AI Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions addressing complex business challenges, crafting and optimizing machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights from data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI/ML features of Databricks and Azure AI Services.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and staying current with AI and data science trends.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development practices.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Design, build, and deploy models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Work with engineers and domain experts to integrate AI solutions into systems and workflows.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and explore new methodologies to enhance our capabilities.
• Clean and transform raw data for analysis and modeling, ensuring data quality.
• Evaluate and improve model performance through testing and optimization.
• Document processes and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Manage machine learning operations for model deployment and monitoring.
• Validate and verify solutions to ensure quality and performance.
