Your Responsibilities: We are looking for a Data & AI Team Lead to drive the company’s data analytics and AI transformation initiatives. This role combines team leadership, project delivery, and AI opportunity development. You will coordinate a small but high-impact team responsible for delivering business insights through dashboards and analytics, while also identifying and implementing AI use cases that improve operational efficiency across departments. You will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, design AI solutions, run pilots, and scale successful initiatives — leveraging internal development or external technology vendors when appropriate. The role requires strong project management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate business challenges into practical data and AI solutions. You will also regularly present roadmap updates and progress to the Executive Leadership Team Team Scope You will coordinate a team of 4 specialists: Data Team 2 Data Analysts responsible for: Power BI dashboards KPI frameworks Ad-hoc business analysis AI Team 2 AI Specialists responsible for: AI use case exploration internal automation tools experimentation with modern AI platforms Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coordination Coordinate the daily work of the Data and AI teams Set priorities aligned with company strategy and operational needs Ensure collaboration between business stakeholders and technical specialists Build a culture of data-driven decision-making and practical AI adoption Data & Analytics Delivery Oversee the design and delivery of business dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs Ensure data is reliable, accessible, and actionable Guide analysts in producing insights that support decision-making across departments AI Opportunity Development Work with business teams to map processes and identify AI opportunities Quantify operational pain points and define business cases for AI initiatives Prioritize use cases based on impact, feasibility, and adoption potential Define success metrics such as: Time saved Process efficiency Quality improvement Adoption rates AI Project Management & Delivery Plan, track, and deliver AI pilots, workshops, and experimentation projects Manage initiatives using structured project management practices and agile boards Track project progress and manage risks Run pre- and post-launch feedback loops to evaluate impact and adoption Low-Code AI Prototyping Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using low-code tools such as: n8n Power Automate Copilot Studio Deliver quick wins through automation and AI-assisted workflows Guide the transition from prototype to production solution AI Enablement & Change Management Promote AI adoption across the organization Design and deliver: AI training sessions workshops and office hours (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) practical playbooks for teams Help embed AI tools into daily operational workflows Vendor & Pilot Coordination Evaluate and manage external AI vendors and technology solutions Support RFP processes and technology evaluations Run pilots with structured scorecards and rollout playbooks Coordinate stakeholders across functions during pilots and deployments Executive Communication & Roadmap Define and maintain the Data & AI roadmap Present progress, opportunities, and outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team and Board Translate technical initiatives into clear business value What We're Looking For: Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, consulting, or digital transformation roles with Experience leading cross-functional data or AI initiatives Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to deployment Experience coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders Languages: Fluent English mandatory, Professional Spanish or French are nice to have Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with LLM tools, such as: ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Strong understanding of Prompting and evaluation, Responsible and safe AI usage Experience with low-code automation platforms, such as: n8n, Power Automate Data & Analytics Skills: Basic SQL for ad-hoc data analysis, Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms Interpersonal Skills: Entrepreneurial ownership and action-oriented Intellectual curiosity and interest in emerging technologies Ability to de-jargon AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Ability to push discussions toward clear decisions Our Recruitment Process: 15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist. 1 hour with AI Specialist 1 hour with VP Ops 30 mins with CDO or Engineering VP What We Offer: We understand that flexibility and trust are essential for our teams.
