• Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying complex AI systems, specifically those incorporating autonomous agents, their interaction, and their decision-making processes.
• Ability to craft effective prompts for large language models (LLMs) and orchestrate multiple AI agents to collaborate and achieve complex goals efficiently.
• Skilled in integrating diverse AI components and external systems to enable seamless operation and scalable performance of agentic AI solutions.
• Capacity to lead and mentor engineering teams, bridge the gap between technical development and business objectives, and clearly communicate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, fairness, transparency, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with autonomous AI systems.
