JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a experienced, resourceful, and highly independent AI Deployment Manager to join our growing AI team based in [Add location: EMEA/NA]. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our AI products within client environments, working at the intersection of product, operations, IT, and customer success.
This role requires a startup mindset, hands-on project leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex deployments involving multiple stakeholders, including clients’ IT and security teams.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management – from planning to go-live – ensuring our AI tools are seamlessly integrated into client operations. Experience with Smartsheet is a must, as you will own and manage project tracking, reporting, and dashboards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
  • Experience working with AI or automation technologies
  • Experience working with multinational clients in BPO, CX, or enterprise environments
Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment of AI software solutions across global client operations, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Own project planning and tracking using Smartsheet – including dashboards, Gantt charts, task assignments, and stakeholder updates.
  • Act as the bridge between internal product teams, customer success, and client-side IT/security stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure deployment success.
  • Support client readiness, coordinating activities such as user testing, training, and go-live planning.
  • Ensure compliance with client security, privacy, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve deployment playbooks and best practices.
