REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in AI/gameplay design.
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine.
  • Any kind of LLM, AI modelling or finetuning models
  • Knowledge of procedural storytelling and generative AI models is a plus.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an AI Designer, you will shape the behavior and interactions of NPCs, ensuring they feel intelligent, reactive, and immersive. You will work closely with game designers and AI-developers to design dialogue prompts, personality-driven interactions, and AI-driven gameplay mechanics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and refine routines and decision-making systems.
  • Develop AI-driven dialogue prompts, character personalities and response logic.
  • Create villager automation systems, allowing NPCs to assist the player meaningfully.
  • Ensure NPC interactions feel organic, contextual, and driven by in-game events.
  • Work with gameplay and systems teams to integrate AI with quests, economy, and survival mechanics.
  • Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve AI responsiveness.
