AI Developer (Swift Experience Required) Location: India, working remote Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $9/hour About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and driven AI Developer with strong Swift experience to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems across our platform. This is a startup environment — we need a true problem solver with a builder mindset. Someone who can take ownership, think creatively, experiment, and prove themselves through execution. You should be comfortable working across AI models, backend systems, and infrastructure, and be excited about turning ideas into real, production-ready features. You must own a Mac, as development will require working within the Apple ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models in production environments Integrate AI features into iOS applications using Swift and CoreML Build backend services to support AI-driven functionality Manage hosting environments and maintain running instances (e.g., Oracle Cloud infrastructure) Set up, deploy, and maintain servers that support AI workloads Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design innovative AI-powered solutions Take ownership of technical challenges and independently drive solutions Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Python Solid experience with Swift Hands-on experience with CoreML Experience deploying and maintaining AI models in production Familiarity with hosting servers and running cloud instances (e.g., Oracle Cloud or similar infrastructure providers) Strong understanding of backend systems and API architecture Must own a Mac Strong problem-solving ability and startup mentality Self-driven, creative thinker who can execute independently Bonus Points Experience with TypeScript Backend development experience Experience with n8n or other automation tools Familiarity with AI workflow automation Experience working in early-stage startup environments Tools You Will Be Using Xcode AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI IDE agents Cloud hosting platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud) Backend and server management tools We are looking for someone ambitious, creative, and highly capable — someone who wants to build meaningful AI systems, take ownership, and prove themselves in a fast-moving startup environment.
