As we expand into the future of security operations, we are seeking a talented AI Developer to join our team in-house. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation tools to streamline business processes, enhance client communication, and support mission-critical operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
• Experience with conversational AI frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.).
• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with security industry operations or regulated environments a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with enterprise automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
• Background in security technology integration (access control, video, incident systems).
• Strong focus on compliance, confidentiality, and operational integrity.

THE ROLE

The AI Developer will be responsible for building intelligent systems that increase efficiency across the company—from command center support tools and guard scheduling automation to client-facing chatbots and compliance monitoring systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in AI development combined with the ability to understand business needs in the security industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for internal and client use.
• Automate security business processes, including scheduling, reporting, and incident tracking.
• Develop machine learning and NLP solutions tailored to security operations.
• Integrate AI with access control, incident management, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and industry regulations.
• Work closely with operations, HR, and executive leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize performance of deployed AI applications.
