We are seeking a highly skilled AI Development Consultant to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI model training, prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and the OpenAI API platform. You will work closely with our development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to implement cutting-edge AI capabilities that solve complex business challenges.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in AI model training, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning approaches.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills for LLM optimization.
• Strong OpenAI API experience, including fine-tuning models, chat completions, Assistants, and orchestration workflows.
• In-depth understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., transformer-based models, embeddings, attention mechanisms).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, and Microsoft .NET, with experience in frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficiency in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and secure AI development practices.
• Experience in deploying AI systems to production at scale.
• Background in MLOps and continuous model monitoring/improvement.
