Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Project Lead to be located in our Dallas, Texas offices. This position will be an individual contributor who is responsible for partnering with IT and Legal teams to oversee the development and implementation of innovative technologies and digital solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in TI’s Law Department. This position will focus on automation and digitization of high-volume activity in TI’s Law Department to provide a scalable legal engine that supports TI’s growth.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the management and implementation of AI and/or digital transformation projects from the initial planning phase through final rollout.
  • Communication of project progress, challenges, and achievements to key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Execution of each assigned project within the communicated delivery date
  • Manage cross-functional teams, interface with various members of TI Law Department Leadership Team and coordinate with stakeholders both inside and outside the Law Department
  • Identification and deployment of technologies and solutions that enable advanced automation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Deploy effective change management strategies to ensure the seamless adoption of new technologies within the TI Law Department
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the TI Law Department at the forefront of innovation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience working in project management and/or business analysis
  • Proficient in using information technology resources with the ability to quickly understand processes and ensure adherence to the same
  • Able to deploy a systematic approach to work, and must have an aptitude for performing work functions in a coherent, timely and well-organized manner
  • History of proven project management skills is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • High level communication skills is a must
  • History of identifying system efficiency enhancements
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Keen eye toward adoption of emerging technologies
  • Experience project managing AI transformation and/or business process transformation projects is a plus
