Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Fractional AI’s diligence services are in increasing demand. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for the capability and service offering, building off of the foundation that already exists. You will need to be able to manage executive level conversations with investors, roll your sleeves up and do IC diligence work, and establish repeatable processes.
This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company on the ground level that has a repeatable GTM motion and is establishing a credible brand across Private Equity.
This is not a quota-carrying role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as a strategic expert advisor. You will act as the executive and expert from Fractional AI in conversations with senior investors and during diligence readouts.
  • Build the playbook. You will take what we have done to date and turn AI Diligence into a repeatable offering.
  • Quality control. You are the owner of the service line and the quality with which the team delivers. You will ensure that at all times the service being provided to customers is in line with Fractional AI’s bar for overdelivering.
  • Build your network. You will become a name that firms now and a sought out voice on how AI poses risks and opportunities to the business. You will not have a revenue target but it is critical that you build your PE rolodex.
  • Support the sales process. You will be a key part of closing deals, both for diligences as well as strategic AI development projects.
