OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI-Driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of innovative solutions in the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) domain. This role requires strong product management expertise in the B2B space, with an emphasis on leveraging AI to enhance product functionality and user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B space.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with EHS concepts and practices is a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus).
• AI Awareness: Experience or interest in applying AI technologies to product development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Location Requirement: Based in Berlin would be a plus, but also remote work within Germany would be possible.

• Area-Specific Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for your specific area of responsibility within our product, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
• Feature Development: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features for your area of responsibility, from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within scope.
• AI Integration: Explore and leverage AI capabilities to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Set success metrics, analyse product performance, and iterate on features to ensure continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Develop clear and concise documentation for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
