Description
Implement AI-Enhanced Employee Journeys: Support the delivery of end-to-end employee experiences by mapping lifecycle stages (e.g., attract, onboard, develop, perform, transition) and applying AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with journey owners, HR operations, Digital & Technology Innovation (DTI), and experience teams to implement AI-enabled solutions in line with defined processes and standards. Support Knowledge and Playbook Management: Contribute to maintaining AI-enhanced journey playbooks and documentation, helping teams follow best practices and adapt solutions based on evolving needs. Facilitate Integration Across Functions: Ensure AI-enabled journeys are coordinated across P&CA and corporate touchpoints to provide consistent, unified employee experiences. Support Change Initiatives: Assist internal and external stakeholders in implementing complex HR solutions, focusing on adoption, scalability, and day-to-day operational success. 5-7 years of total professional experience. 2-4 years in employee journey design, operational excellence, or business transformation, with hands-on delivery of HR processes or experience programs. Practical exposure to AI adoption, automation initiatives (e.g., RPA, ML models), or data-driven process redesign. Executing cross-functional improvement projects and implementing AI or automation solutions. Supporting change management and digital transformation initiatives within complex organizational environments. Delivering AI-enabled HR solutions or employee journey enhancements with measurable operational impact. Working knowledge of journey mapping tools, AI/ML platforms (Azure, UIPath etc.), automation frameworks, and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors). Experience in agile delivery models, user-centric design, and AI governance or compliance practices. Solid understanding of employee needs, digital UX principles, and the ability to translate these into practical, scalable AI-powered solutions. Strong execution orientation with ability to deliver AI-enabled solutions end-to-end. Ability to collaborate with HR, tech, and experience teams to operationalize employee journeys. Comfortable monitoring KPIs, analyzing journey performance, and implementing improvements.
