Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $180,000 - $240,000 CAD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role’s package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, support, and operations to identify workflows that could benefit from applied AI, and prototype fast, durable solutions grounded in real-world constraints.
• Design, deploy, and maintain internal AI systems that improve speed, accuracy, and clarity across teams.
• Track effectiveness of deployed AI systems through user feedback and metrics.
• Prototype and productionize agentic workflows and copilots that accelerate decision-making, reduce toil, and improve service quality.
• Own the full lifecycle of internal AI tools – from exploration to rollout to iteration – prioritizing safety, observability, and long-term maintainability.
• Establish and evolve best practices for AI safety, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and integration with existing systems and APIs.
• Help shape BitGo’s internal strategy for AI adoption, establishing frameworks for evaluating, prioritizing, and scaling successful solutions.
