POSITION SUMMARY:

The Engineer for the AI Enablement team is responsible for developing and maintaining AI Innovation accelerating applications and solutions. This role requires strong expertise in AWS, API frameworks, Python, CDK, and application development. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI systems.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in application development with at least 1 year with a focus on AI
• Strong expertise in AWS services and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python programming and API frameworks.
• Experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.

SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

TECHNICAL/OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Strong understanding of API frameworks and development.
• Expertise in Python and Typescript programming.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, Tools, MCP, and RAG
• Experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with application development best practices.
• Ability to travel for team meetings and project collaboration as needed.

• Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code and application development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI systems and solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in software development
• Provide consultation and support and troubleshooting for AI applications
