What You’ll Be DoingRun practical, hands-on workshops where engineers and product teams leave having built and shipped something working themselves
Coach technical teams and domain experts through the full lifecycle, from spotting a worthwhile use case, through scoping, to a first working solution they own
Triage incoming use cases, separating quick wins teams can deliver alone from those needing architect-level support or a different discipline entirely
Build training material on RAG, agent design, prompt engineering and API integration, pitched at a technical audience and grounded in real internal scenarios
Make governance, security and data classification part of the design conversation from day one, and upskill teams to self-serve on documentation and release standards
Flag gaps in process, tooling or guidance, and work with platform owners to close them
A secondary strand, roughly a fifth of the role, covers coding assistant adoption across engineering
