Job Description Omio is evolving into an AI-native organization, embedding AI across Product, Technology, Operations, People, and Corporate functions. Drive end-to-end AI enablement and adoption across Omio by equipping teams and leaders with the skills, confidence, and practical tools to use AI responsibly and effectively in their daily work. You will act as the central point of contact for AI enablement, translating AI capabilities into real business impact through learning, coaching, use-case enablement, and change execution. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and partners closely with the Product, Tech, Data and all Corporate functions. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End AI Enablement & Adoption Design, build, and run Omio’s internal AI enablement program end-to-end Create and continuously evolve AI learning resources, workshops, playbooks, hackathons, and office hours Own enablement delivery personally—this is a hands-on role, not a coordination function 2. Role-Based AI Learning & Capability Building Design role-based AI learning journeys across varying levels of AI fluency, from beginners to advanced practitioners Deliver hands-on learning experiences (live sessions, guided labs, practical exercises) Build and maintain self-serve resources such as toolkits, playbooks, templates, and internal hubs 3. AI Coaching, Sparring & Use-Case Enablement Act as a trusted AI coach and sparring partner for teams and leaders Support teams in discovering, shaping, and prioritizing AI use cases tied to real business problems Guide teams from experimentation through pilots toward practical adoption 4. AI Community & Ambassador Network Build, activate, and scale an AI champions/ambassadors network Foster a strong internal AI community through rituals, showcases, and shared learning Partner with Internal Communications to amplify success stories and learning moments 5. Change Management & Storytelling Drive the human side of AI transformation: awareness, confidence, trust, and sustained usage Translate employee feedback and adoption signals into clear insights for leadership Help shape the internal narrative around AI: what it is, how it helps, and how we use it responsibly 6. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track enablement and adoption metrics (usage, engagement, confidence, impact) Establish feedback loops to understand barriers and opportunities Use data and qualitative insights to continuously refine programs and materials Qualifications Experience 5–8+ years of experience related to transformation, technical enablement, change management, or program management. Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth or tech-driven environments Proven track record of building enablement programs or internal capabilities from scratch AI & Enablement Skillset Strong hands-on experience as an AI power user (GenAI tools, workflows, prompt-based systems) Deep understanding of how AI is adopted inside organizations Exceptional ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, role-relevant learning Experience designing and delivering workshops, training, coaching, or enablement programs Ways of Working Builder mindset: you learn by doing and teach others what you’ve learned Comfortable operating independently with high ownership and accountability Strong problem-solver who enjoys tackling real business use cases with AI Trusted partner to stakeholders—similar to a senior internal customer success profile Communication & Influence Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills Able to produce executive-ready materials while remaining highly practical Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across levels and functions Additional Information What’s in it for you? #LifeAtOmio Have an impact.
