As we continue to expand our AI-driven capabilities, we are looking for a motivated AI Engineer (all genders) to design and build autonomous agents at the heart of our AI suite – to bring agentic design from concept into reliable, scalable production across our platform. Your tasks Design and build multi-agent systems end-to-end:planning loops, sub-agent delegation,memoryand context management–that reason about live operations the way an experienced operator would Design the agent's tools and capabilities: clean, safe, composable tools and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that let agents query data, run analyses, and act reliably Implement AI agents as scalable backend services following our development and security guidelines Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and domain experts to bring agents and models from concept to production Continuously improve, evaluate, andoptimizeagent behavior in production with eval harnesses and guardrails Translate customer requirements into effective and scalable AI solutions Design and implement secure APIs, real-time streaming backends (SSE,WebSockets), and backend components Develop andmaintaindata access layers and pluggable data sources with strict customer data isolation Ensurehigh standardsof quality, performance, and security Contribute to technical specifications and architecture decisions Your profile Hard Skills & Experiences +5 years of experience in Python and backend development (e.g.APIs, services) Hands-on experience building LLM agents: tool/function calling, multi-step orchestration, structured outputs,memoryand context management (frameworks such aspydantic-ai,LangGraph,LangChainorCrewAI),MCP (Model Context Protocol) Excellent agent tool and interface design sense:how capabilities are specified, kept safe, and composed (this is what matters most to us) Experience with API/backend frameworks (e.g.FastAPI) and real-time streaming Knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and software security Experience with Kubernetes/Docker and container-basedarchitecturesis a plus Front-end fluency (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) is a plus Time-series ML / forecasting / anomaly detection is a plus Fluent in English and proficient in German (minimum level B2) Soft Skills We value mindset as much as skillset Team-oriented and comfortable working across disciplines (Data Science, Dev, Product) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven Passionate about staying up to date with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into effective solutions Passion for building scalable, high-quality software and AI solutions that users can trust Our offer Great team spirit – Work with colleagues who make collaboration fun and always have each other’s backs.
