YOUR TASKS

• You develop and implement customized automation and AI solutions with high engineering standards.
• You design your own AI services and agents – for example, for decision support, process automation, or system integration.
• You design robust architectures for cloud-based applications and APIs, including microservices, orchestration, and interface design.
• You integrate AI components into existing system landscapes and ensure stable, secure and maintainable solutions.
• You work closely with clients, specialist departments and IT teams, translating requirements into sound technical concepts.
• You ensure high code quality, performance and long-term maintainability through clean engineering, reviews and structured development processes.
• You provide holistic support for projects – from analysis and prototyping to productive operation.
• You contribute your engineering and AI know-how to the team and actively develop best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering, software engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Senior Engineer or Architect.
• Excellent Python skills; experience with C# and/or C++ is a plus.
• Practical experience in the development and integration of AI solutions or intelligent agents.
• Safe handling of cloud architectures and API-based systems.
• Experience in technical advice or consulting, as well as enjoyment in working with customers.
• A good understanding of engineering-related automation and complex system landscapes.
• Knowledge of optimization or simulation is desirable, but not a requirement.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, architectural thinking and enjoyment of hands-on implementation.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
